Seller Standards & Policy
Guidelines for verified vendors and merchants selling on Kitali Marketplace.
1. Verified Seller Eligibility
Kitali is Kenya’s leading marketplace for solar, electrical, security, and hardware equipment. To protect buyers, all vendors must register with valid business documentation, Kenya National ID / Business Registration, and maintain genuine inventory.
2. 100% Genuine Products Guarantee
Counterfeit, refurbished goods disguised as new, or substandard electrical and solar products are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate shop suspension and forfeiture of seller privileges.
3. Order Dispatch & SLA
