1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products on Kitali Suppliers Ltd (the "Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.
2. Product Authenticity & Warranties
All solar panels, inverters, deep cycle batteries, CCTV equipment, and electronics sold on Kitali are 100% authentic and covered by valid manufacturer or vendor warranties. Warranty claims are facilitated in accordance with our return and warranty policy.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES / KSh) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We support secure payments via M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa), Airtel Money, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Transfer, and cash on delivery where designated.
4. Order Fulfillment & Cancellations
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification. You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting our support desk. Custom solar system designs or cut-to-order cables may be subject to specific conditions.
