Description
The Home Speaker 500 has two drivers pointed in opposite directions to bounce sound off the walls to help create a wide sound stage for room-filling sound. With Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant built into the Home Speaker 500, you can control your music, get information, manage your day, and more. You have access to everything Alexa and Google have to offer without lifting a finger.Just under the surface of the Home Speaker 500 is an eight-microphone array, enabling it to hear you even when it’s playing loud music. You can also turn voice access off with the tap of a button, cutting off the power to all the microphones, while the rest of the speaker’s functions remain enabled. In addition to voice control, you can tap the top controls to play, pause, or skip tracks, or manage it from the Bose Music app. You can set up to six different presets for playlists, Internet radio stations, and more, so your favorites are just a tap away. You can play your favorite music services, like Spotify or Amazon Music, over your home Wi-Fi network with the touch of a button. You can also use the Bluetooth connection to play anything from your compatible phone or tablet. Apple AirPlay 2 is scheduled to be made available via a future firmware update.
