Description
The Wharfedale Pro Delta F18B Passive Subwoofer is a powerful and professional-grade subwoofer designed to deliver deep and impactful bass response for live sound reinforcement applications. The subwoofer is passive, meaning it requires an external power amplifier to drive it. Equipped with an 18-inch long-excursion woofer, the F18B produces powerful and extended low-frequency response with authority. The subwoofer is housed in a robust birch plywood enclosure, providing durability and resonance control for optimal sound quality. With a high-power handling capacity, the F18B is capable of handling high-level inputs without distortion, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. The subwoofer typically has a nominal impedance rating, allowing it to be matched with amplifiers for optimal power transfer. The F18B offers a wide frequency response, reproducing low frequencies with clarity and precision, enhancing the overall sound quality of the audio system. The subwoofer features a ported design, which enhances bass response by allowing air to flow in and out of the enclosure, resulting in extended low-frequency output. The subwoofer is equipped with a reinforced steel grille to protect the woofer from damage while maintaining airflow for optimal performance. The F18B features professional-grade input and output connectors for easy integration into any sound system configuration. Built-in handles and wheels make it easy to transport and position the subwoofer, providing convenience for setup and teardown during events.
